'Aevum' by Zaha Hadid Architects for A.A.T.C. and Co. As part of Milan Design Week 2025, internationally renowned architects and designers will showcase their personal interpretations of creativity and action in the exhibition ‘Cre-Action’. Through a series of installations, the event will highlight the deep connection among architecture, art, and sustainability.
The University of Milan will be one of five Milanese venues hosting ‘Cre-Action’, a major event conceived and organized by the interior and contemporary design magazine INTERNI, running from April 7 to 17, 2025. The term ‘Cre-Action’ is meant to evoke a dynamic process where creativity translates into action, capable of driving change.

The historic university will be transformed into a vibrant hub of ideas, where a detailed and realistic exploration of the bond between design, art, and architecture will materialize into interactive works and ever-changing spaces. These installations will challenge perceptions while showcasing the transformative power of creativity. The 2025 edition will engage leading architects, designers, and companies in a collaborative dialogue, with design playing a pivotal role. This initiative will inspire action and creation, encourage reflection and experience, and establish the designer as a key figure in making the culture of design both accessible and understandable to all.
Tra le installazioni di 'Cre-Action' in mostra alla Statale, 'Aevum' celebrerà la bellezza eterna del marmo sperimentando un utilizzo innovativo ed inconsueto di questo e di altri materiali. Illuminata da Griven, la scultura ideata da Zaha Hadid Architects sarà costituita da tre grandi archi di diverse dimensioni, uno dei quali realizzato in marmo massiccio e due stampati in 3D con una miscela di cemento. In sintonia visiva con lo splendido colonnato dell’università, l’opera racchiuderà in sé la cultura dell’artigianato e il progresso della tecnologia uniti in un’esperienza sensoriale esaltata dalla luce, a garanzia di un futuro sostenibile.
