GEA introduces a brand-new version that will impress with its extraordinary
features: GEA B. Far more than just a static white light fixture, GEA B is an unparalleled innovation, offering an alternative lighting
concept for a wide range of installations requiring even, natural, and elegant
wall wash effects - in both dynamic and static configuration -, reaching
heights of up to 18 meters.
Conceived and engineered according to the
specifications of the renowned lighting designer Francesca Storaro, GEA B is an
innovative in-ground luminaire that stands out for its unique shape, function,
and performance. An unprecedented optical configuration, featuring three
independently manageable LED rows fitted with different bespoke optics,
delivers an even wall wash effect for both close-up and distant installations
with a well-defined light projection reaching heights of up to 18 meters.

Available in 4000K natural white, as well as 2700K and
3000K warm white, GEA B offers both dynamic and static white light effects,
depending on the selected optical configuration. The Dynamic Wall Wash (WD)
optics enables dynamic management of the three independent LED rows. Alternatively,
by choosing the Wall Wash (WW) optics, beautiful static and/or dimmable light
effects can be achieved.
This extraordinary luminaire is also available with the
Virtual Midnight control option, which provides a simple yet effective method
for improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of lighting
infrastructures, especially in public lighting contexts. Using a
pre-programmed, time-based schedule calculated from theoretical sunrise and
sunset times, it ensures proper recognition of the virtual middle-of-the-night
period, reducing the illumination level by approximately 30% from two hours
before this time until the switch-off. This revolutionary product is a must-have choice for
enhancing urban decor through illumination. An elegant stainless steel frame
allows for seamless, discreet integration into pavements in historical or
modern urban environments. The optional built-in antiglare filter prevents
unpleasant glare effects in situations with specific project requirements or
strict urban regulations.
